Wild Game Processing

  • Beginning November 3rd we will be taking in Whole Deer through the month of November.
  • Skin, Cut, Wrap, and Grind - $100.00 with a $50.00 Deposit Required at Drop Off.
  • Cut, Wrap, and Grind - $90.00 with a $50.00 Deposit Required at Drop off.
    • Grind Only .50 lb.
    • Grind and Package .75 lb.
    • Add Pork $1.50 lb.
    • Add Beef $3.00 lb.
  • Brats, Dinner Sausage, Hot dogs pork added.  Example: 10 lbs of venison we add 5 lbs of pork, yields about 15 lbs +/- of finished product.
  • Summer Sausage beef added.  Example: 10 lbs of venison we add 5 lbs of beef, yields about 15 lbs +/- of finished product.
  • Snack Sticks beef added.  Example: 10 lbs of venison we add 5 lbs of beef, yields about 15 lbs +/- of finished products.
  • Jerky and Dried yields around 60% of the starting weight.  Example: 10 lbs of starting weight yields about 6 lbs of finished weight.
